Month-to-month leasing
Lease a horse to a rider with a start date, monthly rate, and terms. Lease a barn-owned horse and Barn Books bills the lessee automatically each month; client-owned leases are tracked for free.
Training rides, asked for and logged
Owners can ask you to school their horse right from their portal. You log the ride — it bills the owner and drops into a ride history on their horse, with your notes on what you worked on.
Horse profiles, care due-date tracking, and leasing are free on every plan; you get a preview of the Service Status board too. The full board, client-requested training rides, and auto-billed leases come with Barn Business.
